What I collect
First name, last name, email address, job title and company, which you enter yourself in the access form. I also record the language you are using and the date you signed in.
Why I collect it
To give you access to the book's private area, to send you updates on the tools and related content, and to ask your opinion on the book. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
Where it goes
Data is stored in ActiveCampaign (email marketing platform) and in a database hosted by Neon, both processing data on our behalf. I do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties.
How long
For as long as you stay subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email you receive, and your data is removed.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent. Write to info@mlcpresentations.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
The portal uses a single technical cookie, needed to keep your session open after sign-in. There are no profiling or third-party cookies. Videos are embedded from YouTube in no-cookie mode.
